How do I receive my key?
After purchase, your key is instantly available in your dashboard. You'll also see it in the confirmation message. Keys are stored permanently in your account.
My key doesn't work. What do I do?
First, ensure you're redeeming in the correct region. If the key is invalid or already used, contact us within 24 hours with your order details and a screenshot of the error.
How do I add funds to my wallet?
Go to your dashboard and click on one of the top-up amount buttons. You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete the payment securely. Funds are added instantly.
Which regions do you support?
We currently offer Steam cards for Kazakhstan (KZT), Russia (RUB), Azerbaijan (AZN), and Ukraine (UAH). More regions coming soon.
